I believe we perform best when everyone belongs.

I want a world where people don’t have to hide who they are to be accepted and not judged by things we cannot change. A world where everyone’s differences is seen as a strength and not a barrier to access. A world where progress is measured not only by who wins, but by how we win.

In a time of deep divide, climate crisis impacting billions of people, and growing inequality, we need all of our ideas, our voices, and our potential. Leaving people behind is not just unjust but it limits what’s possible for all of us.

Sport has the power to show another way. To prove that high performance, inclusion, and sustainability are not trade-offs to a better team.

This is the future I’m working toward through my racing. On the waters and beyond.
