How to follow the start of the Vendée Arctique?
The gun goes off at 13:02 CEST (UTC+2) - 07:02 EST. Whether you're in Les Sables d'Olonne or watching from home, here's how to follow every moment.
At the race village, skippers are presented at 9am before heading to the pontoons. We cast off at 10am - first boat out - and make our way through the channel. Head down to the waterfront to cheer us through, then back to the village for the big screen countdown to the start.
